The Leica Lino P3 projects 3 laser beams, which are exactly at right angles to one another.

Use it for 90˚ layouts and vertical point transfer.

The P3 self leveling pendulum lets you know your tool is out of level by disabling the laser dot. The dot appears once level. Lock the pendulum to set out angled points and to protect the mechanism when you aren't using it.

The lasers and pendulum are housed in a rugged, job site ready body. It is IP54 rated dust-proof and splash protected.

One of the most challenging situations we had was getting all the necessary dimensions, without human error or simply forgetting a dimension, to the office.... This has all been alleviated with the BLK360.

It’s great to work within a virtual copy of the existing space that’s captured quickly and true to life.

"None of the students had ever done laser scanning before. In 2.5 hours the scanning group had finished their work on their own. The result was 15 scans, including scans on each of the three inner balconies. All the scans were (to my great surprise) registered properly on the iPad."

We started shipping BLK360s to customers a few months ago and the results we are seeing are incredible. Take a look below to see some of the initial scans and to hear the feedback from the field.

The point cloud was overlaid on a .tif image of a plumbing plan in CAD. I located 3 plumbing errors and was able to modify before slab was poured for a $1,500 savings.

Data transfer into Cyclone is simple.

Switch on the BLK360 by pressing the only button. Wait until the status indicator is solid green, meaning the BLK360 is ready to connect via wireless network to your PC. The BLK360 acts as a wireless access point. (Note: if you are working on a deskctop, make sure you actually have a WiFi connection)

With the founding of Solid-Bau in 2012,  Edin Osmanagic started his own business. In the meantime he has engaged two additional drywall builders. Nonetheless he continues to work on construction sites himself on a daily basis and as a result, maintains a close relationship to the business. The tasks in interior construction are multifarious: prefabricated walls, suspended ceilings, linings, flooring systems and built-in fixtures.

The construction segment is one of the biggest factors driving most economies. Therefore, we also need future innovation in other industries. Especially when we look at the increasing costs and time pressures during the last years. Consequently, more and more contractors are using plasterboard construction to build walls and partitions inside buildings. This saves a lot of time and money in comparison to the classic brick wall style. Following the transition to new materials, we also need innovation in the working process.
